SOCIAL WORKS
We have established a constant relationship with local communities and authorities to contribute to the social development of the area, constantly listening to the needs and aspirations of the dwellers.
The main work, activities and initiatives we have developed are:
WELL CONSTRUCTION
Construction of a well and installation of the electric turbine and pipes to supply water the community of Vista Hermosa, near the plant. This community had water only two hours a day, now it can have the vital fluid 24 hours a day. In addition to the drilling of the community well, an agreement was signed with the MISA (Ministry of Health) to repair the drilling machine of them that was damaged for many months. This also allowed to drill the well of Vista Hermosa, use it for the other projects that THE MINSA had detained in the area

RECRUITMENT
Hiring local staff for the construction and maintenance of the plant, where possible
Organization of a work fair with the MITRADEL (Ministry of Labour) where the inhabitants of the corregimiento delivered their data and resumes, thus allowing to build a public database that was needed and also facilitating the hiring for the construction of the plant
